Paterson Ticket Wins $2,000,000, Powerball Jackpot Rolls to $400,000,000

One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn for the Wednesday, April 20 drawing, winning the $1,000,000 second-tier prize. 

That ticket was purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prize to $2,000,000.

The ticket was sold at 7-Eleven #37718, 57 East 30th Street, Paterson, in Passaic County.

In addition, two tickets matched four of the five white balls, and the Powerball drawn, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. 

One of those tickets was purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prize to $100,000. 

The tickets were sold at the following locations: Somerset County ($100,000): Peapack Sunoco, 28 Route 206, Peapack Bergen County ($50,000): Montvale Snack Shop, 108 Spring Valley Road, Montvale   The winning numbers for the Wednesday, April 20 drawing were 20, 30, 45, 55, and 56. The Red Power Ball number was 14. The Power Play was 2X. 

33,041 New Jersey players took home an estimated $168,429 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200. 

The Powerball jackpot rolled to $400,000,000 for the Saturday, April 23, drawing.

The Double Play drawing results for the Wednesday, April 20 drawing were 04, 15, 16, 21, and 52. The red Double Play Power Ball number was 20.
