Paterson Police Investigate Double Shooting, Suspects At Large

Paterson Police were called to the scene of a shooting that left two victims injured.Physical TherapyAround 12:40 a.m., the incident occurred in the area of Hillman Street and East Main Street.

The situation came to light when officers were approached by a person near Presidential Boulevard and Arch Street, who reported a shooting.

Upon arriving at the location, police discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were immediately summoned to provide urgent care.

As law enforcement officers canvassed the area, they found several shell casings and promptly secured the scene with police tape. A crime scene unit was also requested to gather evidence and assist in the investigation.

Both patients were transported to St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment and are reportedly in serious but stable condition. 

The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office has been informed of the incident. As the investigation continues, authorities are actively searching for the suspects responsible for this violent act.
