The celebration aims to spotlight Paterson’s diverse culinary heritage, with over 20 local restaurants participating in this year’s event.

According to information released by the Paterson Mayor’s Office, Restaurant Week is more than a food promotion—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and local entrepreneurship.

Each participating restaurant will offer a featured dish priced at $17.92, a nod to the year Paterson was founded.

From authentic Palestinian fare at the renowned Al Basha to flavorful plates from the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Mexico, and more, diners will have the chance to explore a wide range of global cuisines without leaving city limits.

Other featured eateries include Toros Restaurant, A&C Pork Store, El Sabor Tropical, Fast Break Café and Sports Lounge, Doner Point, and El Rey Latin Food, among others.

This week-long culinary event is presented by the City of Paterson and the Paterson Urban Enterprise Zone, which continue to champion initiatives that boost local businesses and foster community pride.
