Police in Paterson are on the search for a shotgun-wielding suspect who held up a deli in Paterson overnight.
Reports of an armed robbery in progress sent police to the Top Deli located in the 60's block of Gould Avenue at around 12:30 a.m. where officers arriving at the scene were informed that a black male suspect entered the establishment armed with a gun and took an undetermined amount of cash before fleeing the scene.
According to reports, the suspect wore a light colored jacket and was armed with a shotgun when he demanded cash.
There were no physical injuries reported.
