Police closed the ramp from Route 3 to NJ-21 for a crash investigation and cleanup of an overturned truck in Bergen County on Thursday morning.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the westbound lanes of Route 3 at NJ-21 southbound around 2:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, crews found an overturned truck with a large diesel fuel spill at that location.
Authorities have not reported severe injuries resulting from the crash.
The cause is under investigation, and all westbound Route 3 lanes are open.
