State authorities are searching for two suspects wanted for several armed robberies reported in the Irvington Township overnight.
New Jersey State Police began an aerial search using its helicopter for two black males who were armed with a gun when they committed armed robberies throughout the township in a white minivan according to reports.
Troopers spotted the minivan near exit 145 of the Garden State Parkway where the suspects were observed fleeing the van reports said.
The suspects were only described as young men last seen wearing white t-shirts.
There were no immediate reports of physical injuries.
The investigation remains active.
