Passaic County authorities are looking into a stabbing incident that left a male injured in Passaic.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity of 100 Passaic Street to investigate reports of an injured person at around 8:55 p.m.
Police units arrived at the scene found the unidentified victim suffering a stab wound at that location.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where his injuries were not immediately reported to be life-threatening.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation and no arrests have been reported.
