One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn, winning the $293,776 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Sunday, May 14, drawing.
According to NJ Lottery officials, the winning numbers were: 03, 09, 14, 27, and 37, and the XTRA number was: 04. Lottery officials say the retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold.
The winning ticket was sold at Jackpocket, 355 Warwick Turnpike, Hewitt, in Passaic County.
"Congratulations to our very fortunate Jersey Cash 5 winner! We hope this incredible prize brings joy and happiness to the winner; we’re already looking forward to awarding another jackpot prize!” said New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey.
