One NJ Player Wins $100,000 Powerball Prize

One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Saturday, July 8, drawing winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.

According to NJ Lottery officials, the ticket was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $100,000.

NJ Lottery officials say the ticket was sold at Middlesex Food Store, 120 Middlesex Ave., Carteret, in Middlesex County.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, July 8, drawing were: 07, 23, 24, 32, and 43.

The Red Power Ball number was 18.

The Power Play was 2X. 85,613 New Jersey players took home an estimated $436,216 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.

The Powerball jackpot rolls to $650,000,000 for the next drawing on Monday, July 10, at 10:59 pm.
