One New Jersey Player Wins $50,000

According to NJ lottery officials say that one New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn on Saturday, August 26, winning the $50,000 second-tier prize.

The lottery ticket was sold at AL Supermart LLC, 96 Mountainview Blvd., Wayne, in Passaic County.   The winning numbers for the Saturday, August 26, drawing were: 20, 22, 26, 28, and 63. The Red Power Ball number was 05. The Power Play was 3X.

Officials say that 38,342 New Jersey players took home an estimated $227,142 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300.

The Powerball jackpot rolls to $363,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Monday, August 28, at 10:59 p.m.
