One person was killed in a crash on an interstate in Somerset County Wednesday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, NJ State Troopers were called to the southbound lanes of I-287 near exit 26 in Bernards around 12:50 a.m. to investigate reports of a crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, Troopers closed all lanes after finding a crashed vehicle with one person inside dead.
The official cause of the collision is under investigation and there were no other serious injuries reported.
