North Wildwood Man Arrested on Distribution of Narcotics

Cape May County Acting Prosecutor Robert W. Johnson and North Wildwood Police Chief Matthew Gallagher announce the arrest of Tahiem A. Howell of North Wildwood for the distribution of Cocaine on October 26th.

According to authorities, on October 26th with the assistance of the Cape May Regional SWAT team a court-authorized search warrant was executed at Howell’s home, located at 115 West 26th Avenue, were officials seized distribution amounts of crack cocaine.

As a result of the investigation, Howell was charged with Distribution of CDS (crack-cocaine), Distribution within 500 feet of public place (crack-cocaine), and Distribution within 1000 feet of a School zone (crack-cocaine), processed and released on a summons as per bail reform.

Acting Prosecutor Johnson advises that persons convicted of a second degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 10 to 20 years in New Jersey State Prison.
