A strong-armed carjacking reported this evening in Newark's North Ward is under investigation.
It happened at approximately 5 p.m. in the vicinity of Lake Street and Bloomfield Avenue where police say two black male suspects approached the driver of brown 2003 Infinity and took the vehicle.
Police say the car has a license plate number "N19-KDC".
A blue Audi convertible accompanied the suspects according to reports.
