Ceremonies across the state are expected to take place under clear skies, providing an appropriate backdrop for moments of reflection, prayer, and tribute.
For those planning to attend memorials, the weather will be calm, with mild conditions carrying through the day.
According to the National Weather Service:
Today: Sunny, with a high near 84. North wind 3 to 6 mph.
Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 61.
As we mark nearly a quarter century since the tragedy that changed the nation forever, today offers a moment to pause, remember, and honor the lives lost, with the skies above Newark calm and still in tribute.
