Over the last several months, Troopers Michael Falciani and David Daniels have participated in three triathlons in memory of Troopers who have died in the line of duty.
Officials say they competed in the Belmar and Lake Como Triathlon in memory of Trooper Anthony Raspa, the Laurel Lake Triathlon in memory of Trooper Eli McCarson and the Hammonton Spring Triathlon in memory of Trooper Frankie Williams.
According to authorities, these troops have displayed a high level of physical fitness and mental toughness while honoring our fallen heroes.
Troopers United Foundation Inc. has been sponsoring the first responder category and has dedicated the races to these fallen heroes.
