A trespasser struck by a train early this morning has NJ Transit authorities investigating a fatality near the Kingsland Station.
Trains on the Main Line were delayed as authorities tried to determine what caused the victim to enter the tracks according to authorities.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
Main Line service has resumed in both directions between Glen Rock and Hoboken a little over an hour later after the incident.
The incident remains under investigation.
UPDATE 8:30 p.m. the victim has been identified as Joseph Gasior, 46, of Lynhurst.
