NJ State Police Search for Suspect Wanted for Stealing Cell Phones, Cigarettes in Upper Township

The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man who allegedly stole cigarettes and cell phones from a Dollar General Store in Upper Township, Cape May County.

According to police officials, the incident happened on August 6, at approximately 1:13 a.m., the suspect pictured in the surveillance images broke into the Dollar General Store on South Shore Road where he stole several cartons of cigarettes and two cell phones.

Troopers believe that this is the same suspect who stole from Magic Touché and Village Barber Shop on Tuckahoe Road in Marmora.

The suspect is a white male, approximately 5’9” tall, 200 pounds, with a beard and a large distinctive tattoo on his right calf. He was last seen wearing a black bandanna, dark-colored shirt, light-colored cargo shorts, and black sneakers.
