NJ State Police Recovers Drugs in Passaic County Traffic Stop

New Jersey State Police officials announced the arrest of Mr. Robert Hodulich, 34, of Glen Gardner, and seized $175 worth of drugs during a traffic stop.

According to a statement released by state police officials, on Tuesday, August 17, at 7:45 p.m., Trooper William Duby stopped Hodulich for a traffic violation westbound on Interstate 80 at milepost 55 in Totowa. 

Officials say, during the stop, Tpr. Duby determined that Hodulich was under the influence and arrested him for DWI.

After further investigation, Tpr. Duby discovered that Hodulich was in possession of heroin, crack cocaine, Xanax pills, and drug paraphernalia.

According to officials, police charged Hodulich with possession of heroin, crack cocaine possession, prescription legend drugs, criminal under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DWI.

Authorities released Hodulich pending a future court date.

Charges are mere accusations, and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.
