NJ State Police Investigates Route 80 Bus Crash in Paterson

The NJ State Police has launched an investigation into a crash that involved a bus on Route 80 on Wednesday night.

According to a preliminary statement, police were called to the westbound anes of Route 80 near the Madison Avenue exit in Paterson after receiving calls of a crash with injuries at around 11:25 p.m.

Officers arrived to find the crashed charter bus with about 20 passengers onboard.

The drivers somehow lost control and crashed into the concrete median, causing significant damage to the window and front of the bus, according to reports.

Police say there were no serious injuries reported.
