Jose Rosales-Cumbicos, a 58-year-old male from Newark, New Jersey, was working on a construction project on the westbound section of I-80 when the incident occurred at approximately 6:26 a.m.

According to preliminary reports, Rosales-Cumbicos was struck by construction machinery, leading to fatal injuries.
