NJ Man Sentenced for Atlantic City Hotel Murder

Authorities in Atlantic County announced that on Thursday, February 9, Keshawn Faulkner, 25, of Atlantic City, was sentenced to 19 years in New Jersey State Prison for the August 12, 2020, shooting death of victim W.B. at the Madison Hotel in Atlantic City.

According to officials, the charges stem from a botched armed robbery.

In December 2022, Faulkner pleaded guilty to first-degree Aggravated Manslaughter, first-degree Robbery, and second-degree Possession of a Firearm for an Unlawful Purpose.

Faulkner must serve 85% of the 19-year sentence before being eligible for parole under the No Early Release Act.
