EMS transported a man to St. Joseph's Hospital suffering a severe foot injury after an unusual incident that involved a lawnmower in a Passaic County neighborhood.
Police were called to the 20's block of Buffalo Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person at approximately 7:55 p.m.
Units arrived at the scene requested EMS on a rush after locating the unidentified male bleeding from the foot after his foot somehow got caught under a lawnmower causing amputation to some of his toes.
Medical personnel at St. Joseph's Hospital provided treatment to the victim and expect a full recovery.
The incident remains under investigation.
