According to information released by Gloucester County Prosecutor Andrew B. Johns, Tobin N. Watson, 34, of Bellmawr, was sentenced Monday by Superior Court Judge Niki Arbittier following a guilty plea to third-degree arson.

Authorities said the incident occurred on October 10, 2024, when Watson intentionally set a couch on fire outside an apartment building in Monroe Township.
