A Camden man has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of his brother, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.
Authorities said 28-year-old Anarkis Delgado is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his brother, 29-year-old Raymond Delgado of Camden.
He also faces second-degree charges for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and certain persons not to possess firearms.
The incident occurred on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 11:09 a.m., when Camden County Police officers responded to the 500 block of Pearl Street following reports of a shooting.
Officers found Raymond Delgado on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:31 p.m.
Following an investigation by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Camden County Police Department, detectives identified Anarkis Delgado as the shooter. 
He later surrendered to police and was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
