NJ Lottery officials said one Powerball ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Saturday, August 28, drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.
Officials said the ticket was sold at Linden Discount Liquor, 54 East St. George Ave., Linden in Union County.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, August 28, drawing were: 12, 22, 26, 46, and 59.
The Red Power Ball number was 26. The Power Play was 2X. 37,882 New Jersey players took home an estimated $191,140 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.
The Powerball jackpot rolls to $332,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Monday, August 30, at 10:59 p.m.
