A New Jersey scratch-off lottery player has captured the final $200,000 jackpot available in the popular “Sizzling Hot 7’s” game.

According to New Jersey Lottery officials, the winning ticket was purchased at Quik Food on Poole Avenue in Hazlet, located in Monmouth County.
The prize marks the fourth and final top-tier jackpot offered in the $5 scratch-off game.
Three other $200,000 winning tickets were sold earlier at locations across the state, including ShopRite Liquors of Wharton in Morris County, Nicki’s Multiservices Corp. in North Plainfield in Somerset County, and Xpress Mart in Vineland in Cumberland County.
The “Sizzling Hot 7’s” game launched in January 2025 and has been popular among players seeking mid-range scratch-off prizes.
While all four top jackpots have now been claimed, lottery officials say five prizes worth $2,000 each remain unclaimed.
More than 6.1 million tickets were printed for the game, giving players multiple chances to hit one of its winning combinations before it officially closes.

Players are reminded to sign the back of their tickets immediately and to verify all prizes through the New Jersey Lottery’s official website or at authorized retailers.
