Atlantic County

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has partnered with Stockton University’s Production Services Department and the Brigantine Police Department to produce a video that explains the process of the EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER (ERPO), Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill announced.

The video serves as an informational resource to assist the public in having a better understanding of the ERPO process.

The video is available on the ACPO website and ACPO’s YouTube channel for the public to access it as many times as necessary.

This video provides the public and law enforcement with a permanent resource to explain New Jersey’s EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER and the process of filing an ERPO.
