NJ Attorney General: No Direct Conflict of Interest in Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Investigation of Alleged Sexual Assaults

Recent correspondence from the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General was received by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, regarding “In the Matter of the Investigation of Sexual Assaults and Stockton University”. 

The correspondence states that the ACPO investigation of the alleged sexual assaults of Stockton University students does not appear to constitute a direct conflict of interest, necessitating supersession by the state Division of Criminal Justice.
