Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose requests the public’s assistance in locating the next of kin of Mr. Henry L. Hutchinson, 59, of Newark, who passed away on November 5th, 2018.
According to Director Ambrose, Mr. Hutchinson was known to be homeless but had last resided at 122 Ludlow Street in Newark in 2013.
