An armed robbery of a Newark West Ward mini-market has police searching for suspects.
Police responded to reports of a robbery in progress at the Will Mini Market located at 315 Sanford Avenue at around 8:40 p.m.
According to preliminary reports, police arrived at the scene and were told by employees that two black males, armed with guns, entered the establishment and demanded cash.
The suspects took an unknown amount of cash before running from the scene.
There were no serious injuries reported.
