We are looking at what could be the pick of the week as we close out the workweek with beautiful weather and, finally, a noticeable break from the humidity across Newark and the North Jersey region.

Good morning, New Jersey, and thank you for joining us. If you’re up at 4:30 a.m. with us early birds, we hope you had a great night’s sleep.
We’re waking up to around 73 degrees in Downtown Newark, and it looks like we’re heading into one of those pristine and lovely summer days to close out a busy week.
Sunshine will dominate much of the day, but the big story will be the lower humidity.
After dealing with several uncomfortable summer days, conditions should feel much more pleasant outside.
And if you’re heading out tonight, break out that nice summer outfit. Temperatures will remain comfortable, and the lower humidity should make for a beautiful Friday evening.
According to the National Weather Service, skies will be mostly sunny today with a high near 88 degrees. Northwest winds of 5 to 11 mph will become westerly during the afternoon, with occasional gusts reaching around 21 mph.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to around 68 degrees.
Have a perfect Friday, New Jersey, and enjoy this beautiful weather!
