Newark Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing 14-Year-Old UPDATE: Found Safe

The Newark Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in finding Skyler Cuautle, a 14-year-old resident of Newark, who has been reported missing since March 4.AdSkyler, a Hispanic teenager standing 5'5" tall, was last spotted in the 200 block of Parker Street.

At the time of her disappearance, she was dressed in a black North Face coat, a burgundy-colored uniform shirt, and white sneakers.

Weighing 100 pounds, Skyler has brown eyes, black hair, and a fair complexion. There are indications that she may be attempting to travel to Brooklyn, N.Y.

Director Fragé has issued a call to action for anyone with information about Skyler's current location to contact the Newark Police Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).

The department assures that all tips provided through the Crime Stoppers line will remain confidential, and informants may be eligible for a reward.

The police are relying on the community's help to ensure Skyler's safe return.
