Warrants have been issued for Mr. Hakeem M. Stamper, 24, and Mr. Samad A. Starling, 23, who are wanted for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a large capacity magazine in connection with an incident that occurred on the 200 block of South Street on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
While police are actively searching for Hakeem M. Stamper and Samad A. Starling they seek the public’s help in quickly locating these individuals as part of this investigation.
