Police announced today that Hassan Fisher, 24, of Newark has been arrested and charged with the murder of Troy Branch, 29, of Newark.
Officials say Branch was shot and killed on Christmas Eve 2018 on Peshine Street in Newark.
Police arrested Fisher yesterday at a residence in the city of Newark.
