A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Mr. Karron Harris, 44, of Newark, in connection with a domestic violence aggravated assault that occurred on Saturday, January 11th.
Police say shortly before 7:40 p.m., police responded to a South Ward residence on a call of an aggravated assault.
A woman was struck with an object by a man she knows following a quarrel. The victim was transported to University Hospital for treatment and released.
Detectives investigating this incident have identified Karron Harris as a suspect in this incident and secured a warrant for his arrest on a charge of aggravated assault.
While police are actively searching for Harris, we seek the public’s help in quickly locating him as part of this investigation.
Police say Harris is described as 5’7” tall and 150 lbs. He has a medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
