Police announced the arrest of Marshall Vinson, 64, of Newark, for an incident of illegal dumping that occurred yesterday.
According to officials, at approximately 11 p.m., members of the Illegal Dumping Task Force, observed a man discarding cardboard boxes into a dumpster in the rear of Harriet Tubman Elementary School, located at 504 South 10th Street.
Police immediately arrested Vinson on a charge of Illegal Dumping.
This charge is merely an accusation. The suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
