Newark

Police arrested Michael Person, 36, of Newark, for eluding last night.

According to police, at approximately 11 p.m., members of the Newark Police Special Enforcement Bureau were canvassing the area of Clinton Place and Tillinghast Street when they observed two vehicles, a white Dodge Ram pick-up truck and a dark colored Pontiac, traveling close together at a high rate of speed.
