Police in Newark are looking into a robbery that had several suspects make off with personal possessions from a victim in the city's Ironbound section.
Officers were called to the vicinity of Ferry and Christie streets at around 10:45 p.m. after receiving reports of an armed robbery in progress.
According to preliminary reports, three black male suspects approached the victims a knife point and demanded items. The victim did not suffer any physical injuries during the incident.
The suspects fled the scene on foot and remain at-large.
