Newark historian Clement Price has died according to a Facebook post written on the page of Newark South Ward Councilman John Sharpe James.
Price reportedly suffered a stroke during a presentation at a film festival several days ago according to Rutger's Chancellor Nancy Cantor.
“On Sunday…while presenting at the Jewish Film Festival, our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Clement Price suffered a stroke and was immediately rushed to the hospital,” Cantor said.
