An armed carjacking at gunpoint reported in a Newark neighborhood is under investigation.
The incident happened on Riverside Court before 10 p.m. sending police to the scene where the victim told them that shortly before officer's arrival, two black male suspects approached armed with a gun and demanded the victim's vehicle.
Police are looking for a blue 4-door 2017 Volkswagon Passat taken at gunpoint.
The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.
There were no physical injuries reported.
