Authorities in Atlantic County announced that on Thursday, January 29, Sebastien C. Calixte, 28, of Spring Valley, NY, was convicted by an Atlantic County jury on two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.
According to Atlantic County officials, on February 21, 2024, officers from the Northfield Police Department responded to 235 Dolphin Avenue, the Atlantic County voting machine warehouse, in reference to an inappropriate touching by a delivery driver on two female employees.

When police arrived, they spoke to the two adult female victims, who advised that they had been inappropriately touched by Calixte, ACPO officials said.
Victim one explained that Calixte approached her and rubbed her breast area. Victim two explained that Calixte had approached her and grabbed her right breast, ACPO officials say.
Atlantic County officials stated that police arrested Calixte on the scene.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 24, before the Honorable Joseph A. Levin, J.S.C.
