The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons & Human Trafficking Unit and Morristown Police Department are seeking the public's assistance with locating James Garfield Broome.
Mr. Broome is 66 years of age and is described as a 5'6, black male with brown eyes. He was last seen in 2001 in the Morristown area. He has also resided in Jersey City in the past.
