**UPDATE: Troopers have identified Randall Nunn, 59, of Missouri**
The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man who was found walking on Interstate 295 in Hopewell Township earlier today.
Police say Troopers discovered the man walking southbound in the area of milepost 73.4.
According to to to.police, the man was confused and unable to identify himself. He told troopers that his name may be Arthur with a birthdate of May 15, 1936. He also indicated that he may have a daughter in New York.
The man wore wearing black jeans, a grey jacket, and a Minnesota Twins baseball cap according to police.
