There was one third-tier prizewinning ticket sold for the Friday, September 11 Mega Millions drawing that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball winning the $10,000 prize.
That ticket was purchased at Stop & Shop #893, 245 Littleton Rd., Morris Plains in Morris County.
In addition to the second and third-tier prizes won, 14 players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $1,000.
Moreover, 27,686 other New Jersey players took home $105,224 in prizes ranging from $2 to $400. The winning numbers for the Friday, September 11, drawing were: 03, 15, 42, 48, and 56. The Gold Mega Ball was 13, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 02.
**Powerball**
The winning numbers for the Saturday, September 12, drawing were: 16, 17, 20, 53, and 67. The Red Power Ball number was 04. The Multiplier number was 02.
20,692 New Jersey players took home an estimated $106,169 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $94,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, September 16, at 10:59 pm.
**Jersey Cash 5**
Two lucky tickets matched all five numbers drawn splitting the $775,198 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Sunday, September 13, drawing.
Each ticket is worth $387,599. The winning numbers were: 06, 10, 12, 16, and 30 and the XTRA number was: 04.
The retailers will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for each winning ticket sold. Those tickets were sold at B and J Market, 5 Edison Rd., Lake Hopatcong in Morris County and Basking Ridge Exxon, 305 King George Rd., Basking Ridge in Somerset County.
