Neptune Drug Bust Leads to Three Arrests

Police announced the arrests of three Neptune residents after a drug bust at a Monroe Avenue home.

The month long investigation lead to the seizure of heroin and drug paraphernalia, authorities said.

Among the arrest were 54-year-old Joseph Walker, who was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of $150,000 bail with no 10 percent option.

Delonda Walker, 47, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on summons.

Shantay Walker, 38, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and released on a summons.
