A crash that involved a motorcycle on Route 1&9 in Elizabeth had police closed the highway in both directions for the investigation.
The crashed happened at around 2:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near the Bayway Circle sending police to the scene where they found two injured victims.
EMS transported the victims to the hospital in serious but stable condition according to reports.
The cause of the crash will be determined by Elizabeth Police.
