Police are on the search for a burglary suspect who targeted a home in Newark's South Ward Saturday.
The late-night incident happened before 11:40 p.m. at an address in the 300 block of West Runyon Street.
Preliminary reports say the suspect unlawfully entered the home and began to rummage through the property.
The suspect took several of the homeowner's high-powered weapons from a safe before fleeing the scene.
The incident remains under investigation and the suspect has not been captured at this time.
