Several vehicles vandalized in Newark's North Ward has police investigating and searching for the suspect responsible.
Police were called to the 400 block of Summer Avenue to investigate a vandalized complaint before 8 a.m. when they arrived to find about a half-dozen vehicles with slashed tires.
According to reports, some of the vehicles were also burglarized during the process of being vandalized.
A detective was called to the scene to check surveillance tapes in the area for overnight activity.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
