Police in Newark are investigating a multi-car crash that caused injuries in Newark on Thursday night.
According to preliminary reports, the crash happened at approximately 10:30 p.m.in the southbound lanes of Route 1&9 near McClellan Street where emergency responders were notified of an accident with injuries.
Upon arrival, crews observed about four vehicles damaged after they collided at that location.
None of the injuries were reported as life-threatening and Newark Police have not determined the cause of the crash.
