A motorcyclist was transported to the hospital, suffering serious injuries after a crash in a section of Summit Tuesday night.
A preliminary investigation indicated that just before 10 p.m., emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of 196 Glenside Avenue to investigate reports of a crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, police and EMS found the driver ejected from the bike and suffering serious injuries, according to reports.
Police temporarily closed Glenside Avenue for the investigation while a crash investigation team arrived to determine what caused the collision.
There were no other injuries reported.
